Dear Sir Madam:
I’m writing in reply to your advertisement, which I found in a newspaper. I have to say that I’ve been working in a Chinese restaurant since 2005 and that I have lots of experience in restaurant management. I am able to work evenings and weekends too and I’ve been recently in a cooking course.
I would like more information about timetables, festivals, what kind of uniform I have to wear. Also, I would like to know what type of responsability I’m going to have, to prepare myself. I look forward to receiving your reply.
