In my opinion the parents do his paper the majority since it is due.Normally they pay our studies to us to guarantee ourselves ours for coming.
If we study a career we will assure a good quality of life ourselves in a lot time, we will not have depend on anybody tomorrow.There are persons that while they study, the look for work to help to his family and to start saving for them themselves.Nowadays this one difficult to obtain a decent work because of it this is that ..in order that we our future to be able to guarantee ourselves we must study a lot.The middle ages nowadays of leaving his houses it's in 18 years,I think that is too soon of many, we are not prepared psychologically.Our parent must to prepare mentally more since without his support nothing is posible and the day that we have a career, we have work to be able to live it is the day that we will be prepared.

This is a very interesting issue. Food at school is very bad and unhealthy .It is difficult to keep fit a lot of students.

About if the school cafeterias should serve only healthy food, as far as I'm concerned , it isn't a good idea.

First of all, all students don't like the same food and less to students' ages that use go to the school cafeterias because they are children and they don't like vegetables, fish and so on.

Second of all, the school cafeterias should serve all type of meal and not only healthy food for the students to realise, since they are children, that the important and right is to follow a balanced diet which provides differents types of vitamins.

In conclusion, I think that the school cafeterias should serve all kinds of meal for aware to the youngest and so we could finish with the problems of obesity which each day there are more cases.

This is an issue widely spoken today. In schools is trying to teach children know what to eat healthily so enjoy good health. This is very important, but I do not think everything has to be "healthy" as candy, soft drinks or sweets are not bad from time to time.

For example, if a child feels sick, he will needs sugar, and if they sell only healthy food, where is the sugar? In addition, students will buy more if they sell food that they like. This doesn't mean that it will have to sell junk food forever. Would have to have a large repertoire of foods and beverages. Beverages like coffee, juice, a coke..., and food like pizzas, sandwiches, snacks, sweets, energy bars...

As far as I'm concerned if it should serve more food than healthy because children are also eligible to be a culinary delight from time to time! But always checking the food and not letting kids fat too and have a good feed.

Nowadays, school cafeterias serve all kinds of food, mainly fast food. However, this issue has generated controversy and debate, because obesity in children is increasing at an alarming pace. As a result, parents have raised their voices against school cafeterias, and want them not to serve junk food.

On the one hand, from my point of view, this is a personal choice, I mean; students should be responsible enough to take this decision on their own. Instead of forbidding fast food, students should be taught to make up their minds, to improve their habits or to change their ways. Students should be better advised about the effects of abusing of this kind of food, but there wouldn’t be any problems in eating hamburgers once in a while.

On the other hand, people are used to eating pastries, energy bars and to drinking sodas, which are important energy sources, especially to avoid muscle stiffness.

To sum up, I’m totally against serving only healthy food. I strongly believe there is a different way to cope with this situation which has become drastically worse in the last decade.

At the moment, a lot of parents have to work a lot and they don't spend time having lunch with their children so children have to eat in school cafeterias. Is this good or bad for them?

In my opinion school cafeterias have to serve only healthy food because a good supply, when you are a child, is one of the most important things in our life.
As far as I'm concerned it is essential that the cafeteries serve all types of food because if children eat well, they will be healthy in the future.

In my opinion I see well that has eaten garbage in the institutes because it is not bad if you do not eat them galore.
The problem is that the children must learn to control his food, and qe his parents educate them this way.
They cannot learn if they take the food from them, because against mas prohibit mas things do.

The topic of bad feeding is nowadays very important,because young people have a feeding.
It would be good that at the school there was just healthy food because it is a place where students spend a lot of time, for example it should sell more fruit.
In USA is very frequent the problem of obesity and it is little what it is being done to solve the problem.
Other problems apart from obesity are problems such as:cholesterol,diabetes..

It seems very clear that there is not too much healthy food in our cafeterias. And I think there should be more food of this kind in these places. But It's not necessary to remove all the not as healthy foods, such as some kind of sandwiches (this is a special case, i'll explain later).
Of course there should be more healthy food, because we have to encourage their use and consuptiom. Personally I am for the sale of drinks as Coke, orange or lemon soda because these are very refreshing and when it's Break time, the students can have this kind of drinks and nothing happens (during exams times like December or April it can be a good solution for the stress).
As I see it, Sandwiches are made of very fatty food like sausage or ham. If we want to encourage the consuptiom of healty food, why don't cooks make sandwiches of vegetables or mixed sandwiches, much healthier than the other kind of food?
I am aware that the fatty food removes more hunger, but the sensation of arrive home hungry and see a meal on the table, isn't it wonderful?
We need a control of the food sold in school cafeterias, but It shouldn't be too severe.

I think that the idea of serving only healthy food is good because Spain is the country with the highest level of overweight people, after United States and Mexico, in the world.

The idea could help us by encouraging people to eat healthy food and to avoid the abuse of junk food, pastries and sweets.

When students have time for having a rest they use to go to the cafeteria and they will find healthy food, such as fruits or vegetables, instead of sweets and fast food.

This is a little step in the attempt of improving the way of eating of Spanish people, and with the cooperation of the whole Spanish youth we could reach the goal of persuade people that healthy food is the best option.

How we can read in the text I totally agree with a healthy diet because it can give us lots of vitamins and fast food only give us calories and health problems.

In recent times, in the school cafeterias, you only can found fast food and sweets. It´s a consequence about children always eat this food, and they have worse nutrition than they need.
In first, I think that boys and girls need healthy food for become healthy and they don’t need to stay in a hospital with 60 years!

Nowadays, a lot of cafeterias are serving unhealthy and healthy food. Students can buy fast meals easily, and they aren't consistent with their actions.

In the first place, when they eat unhealthy food, they gain weight. This is a serious problem because a lot of teenagers are very concerned about the physical appearance. Personally, if they can eat this food, they will eat this because they like it more

Nowadays, fast food is a term that everyone knows. Why is it? Hamburguers, all kind of sweets, pizzas and other fancy items are always in our lives, and I'm sure that all of us have ever eaten some of them.

I strongly believe that when we eat fast food, we are taking ourselves a bit of health away.
In the first place, fast food is bad for health of many students and young people who buy it at school cafeterias. As far as I am concerned, it can cause you diabetes and obesity, for example.

This is the reason why school cafeterias should serve only healthy or 'slow' food, that is more nutritious and I think it tastes better. I can't stand that people who is growing eat everyday food that is not healthy at all.

To sum up, I believe that someone should do something to stop this: maybe the government or schools, by advertising people of the negative effects of fast food, but if I am sure of something, is that obesity among children must disappear.

What do students prefer?

If I have to tell you the truth, I’ve never thought about the food in the school cafetery. There are people who are always obsessed whit the food and people who are never worried about it. Nowadays it is so important the performance [= how well a person, machine, etc. does a piece of work or an activity] that it is difficult to answer this type of questions.

Firstly, we could believe that young people must watch their weight, watch their diet… but it’s not necessary to give up eating hamburgers or kebab, for example… If you want to put on fit, you should consider running or doing exercise.

Secondly, we need to eat all types of food not only salads or fruits. In this part is where schools have to take part in. The meals at school must be more elaborated, potatoes or hamburgers are for Saturday’s evenings! We love pizza but we prefer soups for lunch!

To conclude we prefer to eat elaborated food, the problem is that it is too difficult to cook them, so we’ll go on eating and watching our weight.

First of all, I have to say that wealthy food is a very esencial aspect not only for students, for all people. So, In my opinion, I completely agree with the fact that schools cafeterias should serve and offer a healthy menu.

I think that yes, because is really that since beginning we show at the more littles to eat healthy food for prevent illness in the future.

I believe that should serve healthy food in the school cafeterias for prevent certain illnesses.
Nowadays, the young people eat fast-food but they don´t know or they don´t want to realize that it is bad for health.
